Shipping methods

1. Pickup from our headquarters

If you choose to pick up from our headquarters (16 Solomou, Patras) there is no additional charge. You will receive an electronic update on the estimated time of receipt of your order and an SMS when your order is ready for collection.
You must receive your order within five (5) business days from the time indicated on the receipt notification. If you do not receive the product within five (5) business days , electronhouse.gr has the right to cancel your order.

Collections are made daily (except holidays) according to store hours.

To receive your order, the order code and mobile phone number you entered in your order are required.

2. Shipping by Courier

Our store has a partnership with Tachydema , to ensure immediate and reliable delivery of our products to any part of the country. All products are usually shipped within 24 hours of placing your order, if they are immediately available in our store or up to 72 hours if something is in our supplier's warehouse.

Shipping Cost

The Shipping costs for parcels depend on their weight and are as follows:

0kg–2kg - €3.90 (including VAT).

2kg–5kg - €4.85 (including VAT).

5kg–10kg - €8.80 (including VAT).

10kg–15kg - €12.65 (including VAT).

15kg–20kg - €16.50 (including VAT).

For shipments to inaccessible areas, where the cost exceeds the prices listed above, we will contact you immediately to inform you of the final shipping cost of your order in case it differs significantly.

Cash on delivery by Courier

If you choose shipping by Courier, it is possible to pay for your order by cash on delivery, as long as the total cost of your order does not exceed €500.00 and its total weight does not exceed 20 kilos. The cost of the cash on delivery service is €2.00. (including VAT), regardless of shipping costs.

2. Shipping with a transport agency

For orders that are large in volume and weight, it is usually more cost-effective to have your order shipped by a shipping agency. In this case, unfortunately, payment by cash on delivery is not possible. The value of the products in your order must be paid by deposit into our company's bank account.
